What makes our sausages so delicious?
The flavors. We have multiple herbs and spices from locally grown vendors in the Southern California area, so everything is fresh. The sausages are always juicy, never dry, that's our promise.
The sausages are made from a combination of my mother's recipes and some adjustments I made, this is why they became so popular.
The business actually started as a way of giving back to my friends during COVID and then they shared them with other people.
Word and taste got around, and eventually, people wanted to order more.
The meat is brought fresh each day, ground at home, mixed with herbs, and then put in a sealed package in the freezer per order.
